Time for DTP - Started the day with 30 min jogging


I started the day with 30 min jogging by the canal close to my home. I am getting ready to get back to heavy training again and want to have good cardiovascular endurance for that. Our leg and back workout is that crazy that most of the time you fail because of your oxygen level more than of the muscle fatigue.
