Been an inspiring weeks so far with good weight loss for my clients. The new program I use to help them eat all the 5- 6 meals per day is working good. They lost an average of 2 - 4 lbs every week and they are never getting cravings.
I will have a meeting with other trainers next week to share this knowledge and hopefully make them join me in this fight to help obese and over weight people get a more healthier and happier life.

I have been out walking the green belt by the river for my cardio and it was truly beautiful out there. Now I am ready to work again and to enjoy this beautiful day.
